I had my nails done a week ago using dip, but unfortunately experienced some lifting. I went back and spoke with Nellie, the owner, and she was beyond kind and accommodating. She had Lee redo my nails at no charge, and afterward I also had a pedicure with Lee. The service was excellent, but above all, the customer service was truly unbelievable. Thank you, Pure Nail!

I absolutely love this place, especially since I met Rosario, an amazing nail tech, about 4 months ago. I cannot rave about her enough. Her skills, the way she goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of is something I haven’t found anywhere else in years. I always look forward to our regular appointments.
